Frequently Asked Questions
What does Helix Home Solutions do?
Helix Home Solutions is an Albertan-owned HVAC and electrical contractor serving Edmonton homeowners. The work covers furnace installation and repair, air conditioning, maintenance, water heaters, EV chargers, electrical inspections, and hot tub and sauna wiring. One ticketed journeyman handles each job from quote to permit to finished install, and nobody at Helix works on commission, so no one earns more by selling you the bigger job.
What does a home solutions company do?
A home solutions company handles several residential trades under one roof. Helix Home Solutions covers HVAC, including furnace installation and repair, air conditioning, and maintenance, plus electrical work, so one company looks after the systems that heat, cool, and power your house. One ticketed journeyman quotes, permits, and finishes each job, so you deal with one person instead of juggling contractors. That matters in Edmonton, where a dead furnace at minus 30 is an emergency, and an air conditioner running on an aging electrical panel in July is a problem you want one company to own.
Does Helix Home Solutions serve areas outside Edmonton?
Yes, Helix Home Solutions serves areas outside Edmonton. The service area covers Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Leduc, and Stony Plain. Call or request a quote with your address, and Helix will confirm your location is covered.
